Electronic communication deals with digital and analog data transmission and reception.

The work of an electronic engineer is to build system and devices that are later integrated in larger devices such as transmitter , integrated circuits etc.

Whereas Electronic Telecommunication deals with the principles and practices that are related to designing different telecommunication equipments such as mobile phones, internet, email and satellite systems etc.

Electronics and telecommunication engineering branch deals with various principles and practical aspects related to designing of various telecommunication devices. They develop prototypes of integrated circuit components. It also combine aspects of electrical, structural and civil engineering.
