UPTU which is now known as AKTU is a university and UPSEE is an entrance exam by which u can get colleges affiliated to or coming under UPTU(AKTU)

UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University) also known as AKTU (Abdul Kalam Technical University) is a university which conducts UPSEE  (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination),  for admission in UG programme in University.

And, to get admission in the second year these are the name of the courses;
