Both of the
OU stands for the people under Osmania University and UR stands for Unreserved category..

Hello dear
Provisional seat allotment for IIT will be accepted at IIT.
Provisional seat allotment for NIT will be accepted at NIT.
Provisional seat allotment letter for IIIT/GFTIs will be accepted at respective colleges.
