The difference between TS and AP Eamcet is nothing except the colleges,the exam pattern,syllabus,and etc are same but the colleges under AP and TS are different!
If you write AP Eamcet you can't get seat in JNTUH or osmania university because both the states were divided and this why exams are being conducted seperatley,but if you write AP Eamcet you are elgible to get seat in JNTUK or Andhra university!I you write TS Eamcet then you are elgible to get seat in JNTUH or Osmania University.

AP EAMCET is Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test. It is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. It is state level exam.

Whereas, TS EAMCET is Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test. It is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It is also a state level exam.

For getting admission into JNTU, Hyderabad you have to appear for TS EAMCET. The application form has started from 4th March 2018.
