It appears that you are bit confused regarding SOA University. See SOA is a full fledged University which runs various courses out of which engineering is one. So each and every institution affiliated to this university will have to follow rules and guidelines prescribed by the University regarding various courses. So I want you to make clear that ITER is an institution which is affiliated to SOA University for teaching courses like engineering and other. The syllabus will be same for CSE whether you do it from SOA University or from ITER. The only difference will be of the infrastructure and the facilities that will be provided to you.

Nothing...it's same as difference between Jee Mains and NIT....
