what is the differences between iit Roorkee and roorkee college of engineering.plz explain each and every aspects

Top recruiting companies are Accenture, American express, Amazon, etc. They have good infrastructure with a bit outdated construction. They have excellent and experienced teaching faculties.
Roorkee college of engineering have good overall ratings. They are considered as one of the best college. They have good and consistent placement record, average placement record is around 95%. Highest package offered is around 15Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package is around 3-5Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies TCS, NOVA, Wipro, etc. They have good infrastructure and they have good teaching faculties.
Roorkee college of engineering is better than IIT Roorkee.
