NEET 2021 results have been declared by National Testing Agency and the Counseling process for seat allotment is expected to begin in next few days.
There are two counseling process -
• All India Quota Counseling or AIQ Counseling
• State counseling
Through All India Quota Counseling (50% seats reserved in medical colleges) you can take admission in any Medical college throughout India.
MCC conducts AIQ Counseling for following seats -
i. 50% All India Quota seats of all states (participation of the Union Territory of J&K is subject to their contribution of seats).
ii. 100% seats (All India Quota seats + Institutional Quota seats) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/ Central Institutes as per eligibility conditions as provided by the respective college/institute.
iii. 100% seats of Deemed Universities.
iv. 50% AIQ P.G seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation (wards of ESIC insured persons).
v. Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions (only Registration part).
------ But Through state Counseling , you can take admission in Medical colleges in your domicile state only.
It is very important for you to have domicile certificate to participate in State counseling of colleges you are having certificate of.
