Domicile Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka MBBS admission is
1. Candidate should have studied for a minimum of seven years in a Government recognized institute located in the state of Karnataka, or
2. Candidate should have passed Class 11 and 12/1st and 2nd year PUC from a Government Institute located in Karnataka State and either of the candidate’s parents should have studied from Karnataka for a minimum of seven years, or
3. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination from an institute located outside Karnataka can be eligible for Karnataka MBBS 2018 admission if either of his/her parent’s is a domicile of Karnataka state. In this case, the mother tongue of the candidate or either of the parent’s mother tongue should be Kannada, Tulu or Kodava and the candidate has to give a Kannada language test.
