Hi,
I would like to inform you that domicile policy of Jharkhand means that you should posses a domicile certificate from Jharkhand state. If you dont have the domicile certificate of Jharkhand then you won't be able to recieve the home state quota for state colleges.

sir... i have domicile certificate of jharkhand but i did my 10th and 12th from delhi so will I be applicable for state quota of jharkhand or AIQ ??
