What is the easiest way to remember law sections and case law?
Remembering case laws can be a difficult task however to make things easy we can try some things such as :-
-
Note down all the cases either in alphabetical order or according to year.
-
Mark the important ones.
-
read the case thoroughly, every case has a sort of story, remembering that story can help you remember case name.
-
associate the case with the concerning law for example Mary Roy v. The state of Kerela was associated with succession act.
