Greetings aspirant!

Remembering case laws can be a difficult task however to make things easy we can try some things such as :-

  • Note down all the cases either in alphabetical order or according to year.
  • Mark the important ones.
  • read the case thoroughly, every case has a sort of story, remembering that story can help you remember case name.
  • associate the case with the concerning law for example Mary Roy v. The state of Kerela was associated with succession act.

Well these are just some tips, you can try them and if they work for you than well and good otherwise keep on working hard.

hope you find it helpful.
thankyou!

Hello dear,

There are 5 simple memorization techniques for law students

1. Record notes to listen to later

2. Use flashcards or Another form of self testing

3. Use a Mnemonic

4. Be able to explain the concept you're trying to memorize

5. Create a mind map

Law students have a large number of items to memorize so that they can state the law precisely, know the exact definitions, use the correct steps of analysis, ask the right questions to analyze a topic, or connect the right policy arguments to a topic.

I hope this helps you !
