Hello Maria,
There are hardly few educational Qualifications required to study MBBS abroad. Some of them are as follows:
- A minimum of 50% in PCB in 12th standard for the unreserved category and a minimum of 40% for the reserved category.
- NEET qualifiation is required though your ranking is not that necessary while applying to medical colleges abroad.
- MCI does not allow candidates who have completed 12th standard from open school to apply for MBBS abroad.
Hope you found the answer satisfactory.

Hello Maria Renisha,
If you are looking for admission in MBBS abroad then you should meet the below mentioned minimum eligibility criteria:
1 : You should be 17 years old or must be turning 17 by 31st December of year of admission.
2: If you belong to general category then you must have an aggregate of 50% in Physics , Chemistry and Bio and English must be Compulsary subject.
3: If you belong to minority category then you must have an aggregate of 40% in Physics , Chemistry and Bio and English must be Compulsary subject.
4: Recently MCI has passed rule on age limit. Highest age limit for MBBS in 25 years. So if you are 25+ you cannot do MBBS in India or Abroad. If you take admission in abroad after 25 years then you cannot practice in India.
If you clear these minimum eligibility criteria then you can get MCI eligibility Certificate and you are eligible for MBBS abroad.
