The eligibility criteria for IIT Bhubaneswar depends on the course that you are opting for. If you are planning to do your B.tech from the university the eligibility criteria are different and if you are planning to your M.tech from there then it is different. For Btech the eligibility criteria is- The candidate should have passed 10th with at least 60 marks, Class 12 with science and at least 60% marks, Minimum 45% marks in mathematics, physics, and chemistry in 12th standard.

Eligibility criteria is same for all the students whether you are an orissa domicile or not eligibility criteria remains the same.
