Candidates seeking admission to the Ph. D programs ,have to possess requisite  Percentage of marks  ,the minimum qualification for admission to a Ph. it depends on the country you select to pursue your phd , and also the college or university you want to get enrolled in.

in some colleges of US and other countries , you can apply for phd after a bachelors too , it would be like you get masters degree through your way to doctrate. there are different criterias , and you must possess good  performance in academics and also in co- curricular areas.

in India , you must hold a bachelors degree with good performance and a masters , than you are eligible for phd, also some colleges require NET/JRF exam score too or some may conduct their own enteance tests.
