Minimum of three years of work experience with valid Graduation score above 50% and valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT score is must.

For IIM's now its mandatory to clear CAT exam to do executive MBA whereas for XLRI its XAT. If you have got minimum 2 years of work experience then you are eligible for executive MBA.
