Candidates appearing for the ATIT 2025 exam for B.Tech admissions must passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% aggregate marks and Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects. Candidates appearing for class 12 qualifying exams can also apply for ATIT 2025.
