Hello Aspirant, Last PWD qualifying cutoff for JEE Main Paper 1 was 0.11 percentile but you can't get admission in NIT's with this percentile, For Getting admission in NIT's you must secure at least around 50 - 60 percentile and for getting a good NIT's you should get around 70 - 80 percentile in JEE Main.

Cutoff for each and every category in JEE mains and advanced changes every year. It is different for different categories. PWD the eligibility cutoff for JEE mains which is to be expected in 2020 is 0.11371730.
