What is the Eligibility for AILET LLM EXAM?
You are required to complete your Bachelor of law course from a recognised University and also must have scored at least 55% marks in the same LLB course. However, if you belong to any reserved category such as scheduled caste, Scheduled tribe and person with disability category then you are required to score only 50% marks in the aggregate of LLB degree. Other than this final year appearing LLB student can also apply for this entrance examination for LLM course.
The eligibility criteria is fixed by National Law University of Delhi. And according to the the present eligibility criteria only 70 seats are provided through AILET entrance examination. 10 seats are reserved for direct admission for the foreign national students.

-If you have compartment in the year of admission, you will be ineligible for AILET 2022
-Candidates appearing for their final year LLB exam are also eligible to apply.
