Call centre jobs usually do not require any specific educational qualifications. To be a call centre agent, the minimum required education may be a bachelor's degree or even a high school certificate. Commerce, Arts, Communication, etc. Any experience with communications or sales and marketing is an added advantage. If you are 18 years or above you can ask for job in call centres on internship basis. A very good command over spoken English language is highly essential. Freshers need to undergo intense training to make them best suited for the job.
