Basically both of them will involve same procedures, same preperation, incase your travelling to any europe countries, ielts is most preffered.

Its better to start off the preparation right away as it's the best time to take up and finish everything!

there is no eligibility criteria per tests, start preparing in 3rd year and start taking up mock tests and study , ace the exam!

TOEFL and IELTS are Language proficiency tests that Students and Professionals have to take while visiting native English countries either for Academic or Professional purposes.
