What is the Eligibility for MHCET ?

Hello

According to the eligibility criteria for MHT CET exam, Candidates  are required to have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ Vocational subjects.

Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks (for General Category) in these subjects taken together and at least 45% marks (for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates) belonging to Maharashtra State only.

Well, the information gathered from our experts about the eligibility for MH CET are as follows:

Nationality – The candidates should be of Indian nationality.

Age Limit – There is no age limit for the candidates

Qualifying Examination – The candidates should have completed their 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Those who will be appearing for the qualifying exam in 2019 will also be eligible

Marks Required – General category candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th standard examination (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
