I would like to tell you that as obc are a Reseved category so you have to score more than the 40 percentile which is less than 140 as it is for the unreserved category.
If you want to apply for the AIQ,then you have to register at the website "mcc.nic.in" ,there are three rounds of counselling for the aiq ,at the present the first round is going you have to just register for it with the details which you put in the NEET application form ,then you can go for the counselling and you will be alloted the collages in the order of the priority you set at the Choice filling on the website.
The schedule for the counselling is as:-
28 Oct-2Nov is the first round.
18-22 Nov. is the second round.
10-14Dec. is the Mop-up Round.

The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is that
* Candidates must passed 10+2 or equivalent with
Physics, chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology and English must a core subject from recognize board.
* candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on December of the year of the examination.
* class 12th percentage required for neet is different for every category..
For OBC it is 40 % in PCB
