No, you don't need 50% separately in each subject in nios or any board to be eligible for neet rather you need 50 % in aggregate of PCB i. e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology, which means your total percentage in sum of physics, chemistry and biology should be 50%
for example,
let's say that you get
53 marks out of 100 marks in Physics
48 marks out of 100 marks in chemistry and
49 marks out of 100 marks in biology
Then your aggregate% in PCB
= 53 + 48 + 49
= 150 marks
=( 150/ 300 x 100 )%
= 50% in aggregate of pcb and thus eligible for neet.

Neet 2021 eligibility criteria is given below :-
To be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
