Hello,
The Education eligibility criteria to appear for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. The candidates who belongs to general category must score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. For PWD category candidates it is minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. And for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC it is minimum 40% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. The eligibility criteria is same for regular, private and open schooling candidates. You do not have to score 50% aggregate marks in each subjects, you need to score 50% aggregate marks when the marks scored in Biology, Physics and Chemistry are added together and taken average if you belong to general category. For example let's say that you have score 60 marks 70 marks and 80 marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry respectively out of 100 marks. Then the aggregate percentage is 70% marks. You have to calculate the marks like this to determine your eligibility.
