It is difficult to understand what you are asking about.
But I am telling you about India's system of medical education. For giving Neet you must have to fulfill these conditions:-

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
  

• Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
  
• Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
  
• there is no upper age limit for giving neet exam
  

• The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and  aggregate marks only for PCB subjects are:-
  

• UR - 50%,
  

• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  

• PWD - 45
  

And it is not possible to do mbbs in any country without giving Neet. You must have to qualify neet for going in foreign country for doing Mbbs.
