Hello manju,
The application for Indian oil scholarship is not yet released and will be releasing in the month of june.The 2019-20 form is yet to be released.Usually the last date for applying for this scholarship will be in the month of october.So stay tuned for more updates.So basically june to october will be duration to fill the form.
