Lovely Professional University conducts its own entrance exam named as "LPUNEST". After qualifying this test , student will not able to get admission but scholarship also . There are three cutoff categories to qualify test i.e. cutoff category 1 , cutoff category 2 and cutoff category 3 . These categories are divided on the basis of scholarships . If student wants to get maximum scholarship then he/she need to qualify test under category 1 .

LPUNEST
LPU NEST is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admission in various programs. It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. It's tough but those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. Don't you worry, the syllabus of LPU NEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification? In addition to it, there are questions of reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability are also there.
LPU NEST is a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs. The result is displayed on the dashboard of the student after 24 hrs. One gets two chances of attempting LPU NEST. The best of the two results will be applicable for a scholarship. One has to register oneself with the university and pay online for taking LPU NEST.

Note: Scholarship brackets and/or Phases are not applicable for special scholarship and /or fee concession.
For each category, there exists three brackets of Scholarship (Bracket 1, 2 and 3) are defined. Each bracket has its own respective criteria that need to be met for availing the applicable scholarship. Therefore, the students meeting the requirement of Bracket- 1 gets the highest Scholarship and those in Bracket - 2 or 3 get a relatively lesser scholarship.
Admissions in LPU are done in different Phases, which are bifurcations of the Admission time period. The amount of Scholarship also depends on the Phase in which the candidate takes admission in the University. (Phase – I) starts as early as January 2021 and continues till the end of April 2021. The subsequent phases (Phase-II, III, IV, V) are conducted only if the seats in the concerned Programme remain vacant. The amount of Scholarship reduces with each passing phase and no scholarship is offered in Phase - V (if conducted).

I hope you are doing good. As per you query ,I would like to tell you that for getting admission into btech course, LPU conducts its own entrance exam "LPUNEST" . Then according to ranks scored,students are alloted seats. The fee structure for the whole course is around 910000 for 4 years . Scholarships are also provided depending on the category sets by the them ,if you get more than cut off category 1 then your 60 percent fees will be waived off
