Hello,
Entrance test will be conducted for 2 hours, with 120 MCQs consisting of 360 marks from the following sections;
General Knowledge & Current Affairs with 60 MCQs,
General Mental Ability/Reasoning with 15 MCQs,
Numerical Ability with 15 MCQs,
Language Comprehension with 30 MCQs, it'll have two sets of MCQs, in Hindi and English, candidate needs to answer any one. Overall, the standard of the paper will be of 10+2 level.

Hello Manisha,
The syllabus for the entrance examination of the undergraduate Economics programme at Banaras Hindu University will predominantly be from the 10+2 level. The question paper will contain different topics of Economics.
Therefore the syllabus covers topics from Microeconomics and Macroeconomics such as the following:
- Theories of Economics
- Theories of Consumer Behaviour
- Production and Costs
- Market Equilibrium
- Competitive Markets and Non Competitive Markets
- Money and Banking
- National Income Accounting
- Determination of Income and Employment
