So, as last year's cut off was 6259 for 140 seats, the cutoff for 172 seats can be somewhere around 7000 or less. I don't think it will go beyond that, as all the students wil be aware of this increment in the seat, so more number of students will opt for the same. So, you can't expect a large difference in cutoff.
