You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

Marathwada/Vidarbha:

General Category: 634

OBC: 622

SC: 579

SEBC: 613

ST: 492

EWS: 600

Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for 2020, you should aim for atleast 50-75 marks more than those mentioned here against your Category. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/.
