The expected fee in UP college for general is from rs.25000 to 35000

Thanks, i am from rajastjan and i am getting approx 508 marks in neet how many states i can apply under state quota

You can apply for the state quota of only one state. If you seek admission in a college in a state other than yours, you have to get it through the All India Quota.
