Hello Sriram,

This is the first time that CMC is coming under a national eligibility test. They used to conduct their own entrance before that. It is difficult to say how much score is required. But since it is a minority institution, being a Christian would definitely put you at an advantage over the general population.

Since CMC Vellore is the 2nd best medical college according to India Today survey 2016, so to get into it, you really need to score very high marks or rather I should say a very decent rank.

To get admission into MBBS course in CMC, you should obtain a minimum of marks at 50th percentile in the NEET UG 2018 Exam (40 percentile for candidates applying for seats in the SC/ST quota).
