Hello Pranav,
NTA not released category cutoffs for JEE MAIN JAN .
NTA will release the category cutoffs percentile after April Jee main.
After April Jee main,NTA examine the results of both Jee main and evaluate the best of both percentile of candidate, rankings etc than release category cutoffs.
You should wait till April Jee main.

Hello Pranav,
Cut off not released yet but according to the previous year cut off trends for jee main paper 2, i can say you rank should be less than 2500. And 4k for home state quota.
