I hope that you are doing absolutely great.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that it is quotes difficult to predict precisely the XE GATE qualifying cutoff for 2022 . This is because the gate cutoff keeps varying every year and is different for different category students.

The gate cutoff depends on various factors like

  • Performance of the candidate GATE exam.

  • Category of the candidates

  • Previous cutoff trends.

Further since you've not mentioned your rank I'm considering you as general category. Now, looking at the previous year cutoff trends the gate  XE cutoff for different category students for 2021 is given as follows :

GENERAL - 37

Obc- Ncl/ EWS - 33.3

SC/ST/PWD - 24.6
