Hello aspirant,

Candidates who pass the CUET PG entrance exams are admitted to a number of esteemed MA Political Science colleges, including Hindu College, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Gargi College, and others. However, other universities only accept students based on merit, such as Chennai's Presidency College. An MA in Political Science costs between INR 20,000 and INR 80,000 each year. However, MA Political Science online learning programs are offered by IGNOU, TNOU, Nalanda Open University, and a few more universities; the cost of the courses ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 25,000.

Thank you

Hope it helps you

The fee structure for an MA in Political Science can vary widely depending on the institution, location, and type of program (government or private).

Here's a general idea:

  • Government Colleges: Fees are typically lower, often ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands of rupees per year.
  • Private Colleges: Fees can vary significantly, ranging from tens of thousands to lakhs of rupees per year.

To get the most accurate information, I recommend the following:

  1. Check the Website of the Specific College: The official website of the college you're interested in will have the most up-to-date information on fee structures, including tuition fees, hostel fees, and other miscellaneous charges.
  2. Contact the Admissions Office: Reach out to the admissions office of the college directly. They can provide you with detailed information about the fee structure and any additional costs.

Additional Factors Affecting Fees:

  • Type of Program: Full-time, part-time, or distance learning programs may have different fee structures.
  • Location: Fees can vary depending on the location of the college, with colleges in metropolitan cities often charging higher fees.
  • Scholarships and Financial Aid: Some colleges offer scholarships and financial aid to deserving students, which can help reduce the overall cost.

By considering these factors and following the steps mentioned above, you can get a clear understanding of the fee structure for an MA in Political Science at your desired institution.
