Hello. As per my research fee structure varies college to college. So I am listing the fees of government and private college (overall median) :-

1) For government MBBS college= 50000 to 1lakh per year.

2) For Private MBBS college= 1,11,000 to 3 lakh per year.

It's better if you opt for government college  as it will give you proper exposure,  practical knowledge, and good placement.
