What is the fee structure for OCI candidates (born in US but studied all along on India). Will this be on par with Indian nationals or NRI?

It depends on the institution, but normally OCIs pay NRI fees for their tuition and other related fees. In fact, the entire fee structure is based on the NRI fee system. You may also want to clarify this with the admissions office of your chosen college, or leave a comment below about the college of your choice so I could get back to you.
