Hello student,

It depends on the institution, but normally OCIs pay NRI fees for their tuition and other related fees. In fact, the entire fee structure is based on the NRI fee system. You may also want to clarify this with the admissions office of your chosen college, or leave a comment below about the college of your choice so I could get back to you.
