Hello Dear,
UPES is one of the most private institutions in India. there fees in increases every year.
1 year - 3.29 lpa
2 year - 3.62 lpa
3 year - 3.98 lpa
4 year - 4.38 lpa
all the fees are combined tuition as well as academics.

The fee structure for petroleum and cs in university of petroleum and energy is approximately 3.47 lakhs per year and average.
1st year -2.99 lakhs
2nd year - 3.29 lakhs
3rd year - 3.62 lakhs
4th year - 3.98 lakhs
