Fee structure of BEd varies among colleges, government ones charge less compared to private ones.

The average course fee usually ranges from 30,000 to 60,000.

Although final estimate should only be checked by the official website of the concerned college.

IGNOU, is the most preferred University when it comes to distance education in BEd, however it has certain eligibility criteria which are as follows-

Candidate should have passed with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other equivalent qualification.

They should be trained in-service teachers in elementary education and have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode

If you fulfill the above ones, you can try for admission, it is open now and entrance exam will be conducted on 27th July, it will be of 2 hour duration.

One more thing, if you prefer to do BEd in regular, try for DU, the courses are offered at an affordable rate, very less fee is charged in DU for BEd.
