If you get admission in VIT,  just join in that. That's the one of the best universities in India.  As Mayank said might cost you around 15L,  if you wish to take AC hostel and if you prefer normal it might be around 13L.

The knowledge you'll get from that university is more than you'll get from normal colleges.  You'll get more opportunities  to improve yourself.
