Hello aspirant,
According to your question, fee structure of different categories dependents upon the institution. For example
If it is govt institution then there will be no fee for st students.
Where as if we talk about private institutions they may take fee in the form of exam fee or transportation fee,etc. Paying fee is mandatory in private institutions.
Some institutions give reimbursement depending upon our caste/social category.
