As you have ask about the fees of btech mechanical than i would like to say you that is nothing that the fees is fixed for the mechanical branch. In different colleges the fees is different. Its nothing like that the amount is fixed but yes if you go for NITS & IITS then yes offcourse the fess will be around 67k,77k,45k for NITs  general category.
IIT fees for the complete course ranges between Rs 8-10 lakh for general category students. In the past six years, the fees for General category students, planning to study B. Tech in IITs, has increased three-fold from Rs 50,000 annually to Rs 3 lakh annually.
And if you go for semi government colleges than it may be around 20k .
Hence ,what i mean to say that the fees totally vary like for different categories, different colleges.
And yes if you give me you full information like from which category you belong to, or which college you would like to go . Then i can give you a clear details regarding that.

As you have not mentioned the college you want giving the fees structure is quiet difficult.
Average fees for the above program 4 years varies from
4,00,000-10,00,000 which varies from college to college.
And the average starting salary is 2.5lpa -7lpa

Btech in mechanical engineering is a four year full time undergraduate level degree programme offered by Khwaja moinuddin chishti university, Lucknow. The cut off for the same is minimum 50 percent aggregate in UPSEE. The mode of admission is through entrance exam (UPSEE) merit screening.
