hello......

there are two ielts test formats available,they are ielts academic format and ielts general training

you will take the first three parts of the test on the same day,in the following order-listening,reading and writing.your speaking test will be conducted on the same day or the next day depending on the schedule

There are 2 types of IELTS, Academic and General Training. Listening and Spraking are the same for both but the subject matter of the Reading and Writing sections differs depending on which test you are taking. The Listening, Reading and Writing sections all are completed on the same day without any break. The Speaking Section gives you a time upto a week before or after other tests.  For more information please visit their official page at:
