Here is the syllabus for web development course:
1.First and important is HTML which provides a skeleton to your web page.
2. Then css where you can style your website with different fonts, color, orientation, background.. You can change the apperance as your wish.
3.Then java script which give functionality to your website,example you want to click a submit button tjat functionality is provided by java script.
These are the basics for beginners. Once your confident in these then you can learn
4.Bootstrap is a front end framework to create modern website and web apps, it is mobile first web development. Example if you want to view your webpage in mobile edition then you can use bootstrap
5.Jquery, which makes your java script easier in your website.
These are all front end frameworks.
Front end means it is a graphical user interface which makes it easier to use.
After learning front end go with back end development.
Back end refers to a programmers code that allow it to operate and cannot be accessed by user.
You can learn backend technologies like php, java,. Net, sql etc..
Comming to touch typing, it is not must and should if you have good typing speed then it is okay.
