I feel bad to inform you that your Post graduate degree from Russia is not yet valid in India as it is not approved by MCI, The Board of Governors of Medical Council of India (MCI) has now reportedly decided to recognize the Postgraduate Degrees earned by MBBS Doctors Abroad provided they clear the DNB (Diplomate of National Board) exam.

So till you don't clear that exam, you wont be able to have a licence to practice in India with your PG degree. But if you have a degree in MBBS from India I suppose you can work with that degree and can apply for the licence with it.
