In the question,The given three numbers are exactly divisible by 0.06.And the Highest common factor for the three given numbers is 0.06.
0.06*1=0.06
0.06*20=1.2
0.06*50=3.0
Therefore the HCF of 3.0,1.2,0.06 is 0.06
