Placement of NIT Silchar is good ,the average package for ECE students is about 5-6 lakh per annum according to previous years estimations, with more than 90% placement of the  students.The highest package in ECE branch was about 10 lakh per annum.Most of the recruiters were from reliance jio,philips,nokia and Bhram Aerospace.I hope it helped
