Doing either BCA or B.Tech does not depend on the fact that which degree is higher or the package is high. Now, both of these degrees are Undergraduate Degree so you won't be able to go to the highest position as it will require a post-graduation and years of experience.
If you have done BCA then you can become a programmer, website developer, software developer or system engineer. You can apply for private as well as government companies.
Whereas, in case of B.Tech the students will be able to get into Technical roles depending on the field you are going into.
At Last, it all depends on your interest to pursue either B.Tech or BCA.
