Hostel fees in rml lucknow is around 20 thousand per year which seems bit expensive as compare to govt colleges but it is affordable.

Mess fee is 3k /month (compulsory for first year student). Quality of food is decent .

So overall spending in 1 year is around 1 to 1.3 lakhs .
